Minutes of a Regular meeting of the TOWN BOARD STUDY SESSION
of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held at
Town Hall in Rooms 201/202/203 in said Town of Estes Park on the
22nd day of November, 2011.
Board: Mayor Pinkham, Mayor Pro Tem Levine, Trustees
Blackhurst, Elrod, Ericson, Koenig, and Miller
Attending: Mayor Pinkham, Mayor Pro Tem Levine, Trustees
Blackhurst, Elrod, Ericson, Koenig, and Miller
Also Attending: Deputy Town Administrator Richardson, Town Attorney
White and Deputy Town Clerk Deats
Absent: Town Administrator Halburnt
Mayor Pinkham called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
The Board initiated a formal process related to hiring a firm to conduct a national search
for a replacement for Town Administrator Halburnt, whose contract ends on December
31, 2011.
Interviews were conducted with The Waters Consulting Group, Inc., represented by
Chuck Rohre; and The Mercer Group, Inc., represented by Gary Suiter.
Three additional interviews will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, prior to a
recruitment firm being selected.
There being no further business, Mayor Pinkham adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
