RESOLUTION#03-19CONTINUINGTHEFAMILYADVISORYBOARDWHEREAS,theEstesParkBoardofTrusteesadoptedPolicyGovernancein2015andwiththeadoptionestablishedgoverningprocesses;andWHEREAS,pursuanttoPolicy102TownCommitteesasunsetreviewwasestablishedinaccordancewithGoverningPolicy1.6.1.8.Allcommitteeswillundergoaregularsunsetreview,atleastonceeveryfiveyears,unlessotherwiseprovidedformorefrequentlyandaccordingtoastaggeredscheduletobeadoptedseparatelybytheBoardofTrustees.Thisappliesonlytonon-statutorilyrequiredboards/commissions;andWHEREAS,theTownBoardhasreviewedthecontinuanceoftheFamilyAdvisoryBoardandhasdeterminedtheBoardshouldcontinueforanadditionaltwoyears.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.ThecontinuanceoftheFamilyAdvisoryBoardisherebyapprovedforadditionaltwoyears.DATEDthis______dayof.2019.-PQ1JNOFETESPARKMayorATTEST:-_Clerk
