0•CRESOLUTIONNO.09-15ARESOLUTIONEXPRESSINGSUPPORTFORTHEFISHCREEKPLANFORRESILIENCYWHEREAS,the2013floodeventdamagedpropertiesandpublicinfrastructurewithintheFishCreekcorridor,andcausedsignificantchangestoFishCreek;andWHEREAS,theFishCreekCoalition(Coalition”),whichincludedvolunteermembersofthepublicandlocallandowners,assembledtocoordinateandadvocateforthehealthandresiliencyofthecorridor;andWHEREAS,theCoalitionpreparedtheFishCreekPlanforResiliencyforthepurposeofguidingharmoniousrecovery,restorationandresiliencyalongtheFishCreekcorridor;andWHEREAS,publicengagementplayedacentralroleinthedevelopmentofthePlanforResiliencythroughaRiverAdvisoryCommittee,neighborhoodcaptainsandextensivepublicmeetingswithpropertyownersalongthecorridor.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYThEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARKherebyrecognizesandsupportstheextensiveeffortsoftheFishCreekCoalitionandthevisionestablishedintheresultingFishCreekPlanforResiliency.PASSEDANDADOPTEDthisr}dayofrnCitih2015.—tMayorATTEST:I,JackieWilliamson,TownClerkoftheTownofEstesPark,Colorado,doherebycertifythattheaboveisatruecopyofResolutionNo.09-15oftheTownofEstesParkonfileinmyofficeaspadoftheofficialrecordsoftheTownofEstesPark,Coloradowhichareinmycustody.williamson
