00RESOLUTION#22-15WHEREAS,theEstesParkLocalMarketingDistricthasfiledwiththeTownClerktheEstesParkLocalMarketingBusinessandOperatingPlanfor2016alongwithitsproposedbudgetforthe2016calendaryear;andWHEREAS,pursuanttoSection29-25-110C.R.S.andtheapplicableprovisionoftheIntergovernmentalAgreementdatedAugust26,2008,betweentheTownofEstesParkandtheBoardofCountyCommissioners,LarimerCounty,theTownBoardshallapproveordisapprovetheOperatingPlanwithinthirty(30)daysafterreceiptofsaidPlan,theproposedbudgetandalladditionaldocumentationrequestedbytheTown;andWHEREAS,theTownBoardhasreviewedtheOperatingPlanandproposedbudgetandhasdeterminedthattheOperatingPlanwillprovideefficientandcosteffectivemarketingandpromotionservicesfortheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictServiceArea.NOW,THEREFORE,BASEDUPONTHERECITALSSETFORTHABOVEWHICHAREINCORPORATEDHEREINBYREFERENCE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOASFOLLOWS:1.TheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictBusinessandOperatingPlanfor2016asfiledwiththeTownClerkisherebyapproved.Datedthis05flo,Bb9(2015.7ATTEST:ATjnClerk
