00RESOLUTIONNO.25-16RESOLUTIONFOR2016SUPPLEMENTALBUDGETAPPROPRIATIONSARESOLUTIONAPPROPRIATINGADDITIONALSUMSOFMONEYFORTHEVARIOUSFUNDSANDSPENDINGAGENCIESINTHEAMOUNTSANDFORTHEPURPOSESASSETFORTHBELOWFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY2016,ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER2016.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasadoptedtheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember24th,2015;andWHEREAS,overthecourseofthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2016,theestimatesincludedintheadoptedbudgethavebeenrevisedtomoreaccuratelyrepresenttheactualrevenuesandexpendituresnecessarytooperatethegovernment;andWHEREAS,itisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriatetherevenuesprovidedinthebudgettoandforthepurposesdescribedbelow,soasnottoimpairtheoperationsoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thatthefollowingattachedsumsareherebyappropriatedfromtherevenueofeachfund,toeachfund,forthepurposesstated.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofDecember,2016.TOWNOFESTESPARKMayor/ATTEST:
