0CRESOLUTIONTOAPPROPRIATESUMSOFMONEYNO.24-16ARESOLUTIONAPPROPRIATINGSUMSOFMONEYTOTHEVARIOUSFUNDSANDSPENDINGAGENCIESINTHEAMOUNTSANDFORTHEPURPOSESASSETFORTHBELOWFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY2017,ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER2017.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasadoptedtheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonDecember13,2016;andWHEREAS,theTownofEstesParkhasmadeprovisionthereinforrevenuesandreservesorfundbalancesinanamountequaltoorgreaterthanthetotalproposedexpendituresassetforthinsaidbudget,and;WHEREAS,itisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriatetherevenuesandreservesorfundbalancesprovidedinthebudgettoandforthepurposesdescribedbelow,therebyestablishingalimitationonexpendituresfortheoperationsoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thatthefollowingattachedsumstotaling$49,833,826areherebyappropriatedfromtherevenueofeachfund,toeachfund,forthepurposesstated.ADOPTEDthis13thdayofDecember,2016.TOWNOFESTESPARK___•iJlMayorATTEST:To\i1plerk
