00RESOLUTION#19-16WHEREAS,theEstesParkLocalMarketingDistricthasfiledwiththeTownClerktheEstesParkLocalMarketingBusinessandOperatingPlanfor2017alongwithitsproposedbudgetforthe2017calendaryear;andWHEREAS,pursuanttoSection29-25-110CR5.oftheIntergovernmentalAgreementdatedAugust26,EstesParkandtheBoardofCountyCommissioners,BoardshallapproveordisapprovetheOperatingPlanreceiptofsaidPlan,theproposedbudgetandallrequestedbytheTown;andWHEREAS,theTownBoardhasreviewedbudgetandhasdeterminedthattheOperatingeffectivemarketingandpromotionservicesforDistrictServiceArea.NOW,WHICHAREBOARDOFFOLLOWS:1.TheEstesParkLocalMarketingDistrictBusinessandOperatingPlanfor2017asfiledwiththeTownClerkisherebyapproved.Datedthis,2016.ATTEST:rkandtheapplicableprovision2008,betweentheTownofLarimerCounty,theTownwithinthirty(30)daysafteradditionaldocumentationtheOperatingPlanandproposedPlanwillprovideefficientandcosttheEstesParkLocalMarketingTHEREFORE,BASEDUPONTHERECITALSSETFORTHABOVEINCORPORATEDHEREINBYREFERENCE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHETRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOAS
