00RESOLUTIONFOR2017SUPPLEMENTALBUDGETAPPROPRIATIONSNO.12-17ARESOLUTIONAPPROPRIATINGADDITIONALSUMSOFMONEYFORTHEVARIOUSFUNDSANDSPENDINGAGENCIESINTHEAMOUNTSANDFORTHEPURPOSESASSETFORTHBELOWFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY2017ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER2017.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasadoptedtheannualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonDecember13th,2016;andWHEREAS,overthecourseofthefiscalyearendingDecember31,2017,theprojectsandestimatesincludedintheadoptedbudgethavebeenrevisedtoincludesomeadditionalprojects;andWHEREAS,itisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriatetherevenuesprovidedinthebudgettoandforthepurposesdescribedbelow,soasnottoimpairtheoperationsoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:ThattheStreetFundappropriationsbeincreasedby$736,000fortheMacGregorAveimprovementprojectandthattheWaterFundappropriationsbeincreasedby$1,287,000fortheParkEntranceMutualPipelineandWaterCompanyprojectandtopursuewaterrights,theseamountsherebyappropriatedfromtheadditionalrevenueoravailablefundbalanceofeachfund.ADOPTEDthis25thdayofApril,2017.TOWNOFESTESPARKATTEST:Tj,nClerk
