C0RESOLUTIONFORSUPPLEMENTALBUDGETAPPROPRIATIONSfor2018NO.06-18ARESOLUTIONAPPROPRIATINGADDITIONALSUMSOFMONEYFORTHEVARIOUSFUNDSANDSPENDINGAGENCIESINTHEAMOUNTSANDFORTHEPURPOSESASSETFORTHBELOWFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADOFORTHEBUDGETYEARBEGINNINGONTHEFIRSTDAYOFJANUARY2018ANDENDINGONTHELASTDAYOFDECEMBER2018.WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasadoptedthe2018annualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember28th2017;andWHEREAS,theTownhasidentifiedalandacquisitionprojectnotincludedintheoriginal2018budget;andWHEREAS,itisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriateavailablefundbalancetoandforthelandacquisitionproject,soasnottoimpairtheoperationsoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thattheappropriationsbeincreasedby$1,000,000fortheWaterFundandthisamountisherebyappropriatedfromavailablefundbalanceoftheWaterFund.ExistingAmendedFund#FundNameAppropriationsAmendmentAppropriations503WaterFund7,825,4411,000.0008,825,441ADOPTEDthis13thdayofMarch,2018.TOWNOFESTESPARKMayorATTEST:TqWClerk
