00RESOLUTION#04-18ARESOLUTIONOFTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESFORTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO,AMENDINGTHEMUNICIPALELECTIONJUDGECOMPENSATION.WHEREAS,bytheStatutesoftheStateofColorado,31-10-408CompensationofJudgesstatescompensationisdeterminedbythegoverningbodyofthemunicipality;andWHEREAS,Resolution#33-17settheJudgescompensationat$10perhourbasedontheratepaidbytheLarimerCountyElectionofficein2017;andWHEREAS,ithasbeendeterminedthecompensationdoesnotmeettheColoradominimumwageof$10.20perhourandtheLarimerCountyElectionofficehasincreasedtheirwagesto$11-$15perhourbasedonworkperformed.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:1.PursuanttoC.R.S.§31-10-408,theJudgesofElectionshallreceivefortheirservicesthesumof$12perhour.DATEDthis2.W%dayofccpnt.c2018.TOWNOFESTESPARKMayorPATTEST:Clerk
