0CRESOLUTIONFORSUPPLEMENTALBUDGETAPPROPRIATIONTOIMPLEMENTPHASE1OFTHEDOWNTOWNPARKINGMANAGEMENTPLANNO.12-18WHEREAS,theBoardofTrusteesoftheTownofEstesParkhasadoptedthe2018annualbudgetinaccordancewiththeLocalGovernmentBudgetLawonNovember28,2017;andWHEREAS,theDowntownParkingManagementPlanhasbeencompleted,approvedbytheBoardofTrustees,andisreadyforimplementation;andWHEREAS,itisnotonlyrequiredbylaw,butalsonecessarytoappropriatetherevenuesprovidedinthebudgettoandforthepurposesdescribedbelow,soasnottoimpairtheoperationsoftheTownofEstesPark.NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:Thattheappropriationsbeincreasedby$460,000forfundsspecifiedbelowandtheseamountsareherebyappropriatedfromadditionalrevenueoravailablefundbalanceofeachfund.FundFundNameExistingAmendmentAmended#AppropriationsAppropriations101GeneralFund20,114,471240,00020,354,471204CommunityReinvestmentFund3,896,784240,0004,136,784ADOPTEDthis22nddayofMay,2016.ATTEST:erkTOWNOFESTESPARKMayor
