AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE
TO REZONE A PORTION OF FERGUSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended rezoning
Lot 1,Block 1,Ferguson Subdivision,&a Portion of the SW ¼of the NE ¼of S35-T5N-
R73W of the 6th P.M from “A-i”Accommodations to “R-i”Residential;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined
that it is in the best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning change be
granted.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced thirty (30)days after
its adoption and publication.

to “R-i”Residential.
