AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT FOR THE CONCESSION
STAND AT THE FAIRGROUNDS AT STANLEY PARK
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado has
determined that it is appropriate to renew the lease agreement with the Lion’s Club of
Estes Park for a period of two years beginning January 21,2008 and ending December
31,2009 for the concession stand at the Fairgrounds at Stanley Park
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1.That the lease agreement is renewed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
ESTES PARK,COLORADO,THIS 12W-DAY OF
