AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE
TO REZONE A METES AND BOUNDS PARCEL
LOCATED AT 1665 W.HIGHWAY 66

WHEREAS,the Estes Valley Planning Commission has recommended rezoning
a Metes and Bounds parcel located at 1665 W.Highway 66 from RM—Multi-Family
Residential to A—Accommodations;and
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park has determined
that it is in the best interest of the Town that the recommended zoning change be
granted.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:The zoning for a Metes and Bounds parcel located at 1665 W.
Highway 66 from RM—Multi-Family Residential to A—Accommodations.
Section 2:This Ordinance shall take effect and
its adoption and publication.
