AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.88.010 LOCATION OF BANNERS,
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO
WHEREAS,the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado has
determined that it is in the best interest of the Town to amend a certain section of the
Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park,Colorado.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
read:
Section 1.That Section 17.88.010 Location of Banners shall be amended to
(1)On the east side of the Visitor Cabin in Bond Park,four feet by eight feet (4’x
8’)maximum.
(2)In the right-of-way area west of the Highway 34 and 36 intersection,thirty feet
by three feet (30’x 3’)maximum.
(3)On a free standing display in front of the Convention and Visitor Center
Building along Highway 34,four feet by eight feet (4’x 8’)maximum.
