ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.12.010
OF TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
PARK,COLORADO.
Section 1.Section 10.12.010 and of the Municipal Code of
Park is amended as follows:
TOWN OF ESTES
the Town of Estes
10.12.010 Removal from certaib loading zones and shuttle zones.
Whenever any police officer of the Town finds an unauthorized vehicle parked or
standing within any loading zone between the hours of 6:00 a.m.and 6:00 p.m.or any
Shuttle loading zone at any time,such officer is authorized to cause the vehicle to be
removed,and neither the officer nor anyone operating under his or her direction shall
be liable for any damage to such vehicle occasioned by such removal.(Ord.19-77 §1,
1977:Ord.15-97,1997,Ord.14-07)
WHEREAS,in the opinion of the Board of Trustees an emergency exists,this
Ordinance shall take effect and in force immediately after its adoption and signature by
the Mayor.
