APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT #2 FOR FALL RIVER TRAIL
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE COLORADO PARKS AND WILDLIFE,COLORADO THE
BEAUTIFUL GRANT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,the Town Board desires to amend the contract referenced in the title
of this resolution to extend the contract expiration date by one year.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
The Board approves,and authorizes the Mayor to sign,the contract amendment
referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before the Board.
