BUILDING HEIGHTS
The committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that Chapter 12 of
the Municipal Code be amended to provide a height limitation on all
buildings of thirty (30)feet,and that no building shall be more than
two (2)stories in height.
DEFINITIONS OF RIVER BA1’1KS AND WALLS
The committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that the Town Attorney
be requested to study the definitions of river banks and river walls and
submit the necessary amendment to the Municipal Code.
BURNING
The committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that section 16.3 of
the Municipal Code be amended to prohibit burning in all C-I Commercial
zones rather than just in Fire Zone 1.
STREET ADDRESSES
The committee authorized the Building Inspector to work with the Larimer
County Planner and the Telephone Company in making necessary changes in
street numbering.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
