Chairman Grove opened the meeting by explaining the need for a sanitary
sewer as is being considered for the five property owners on Highway #34.
There was considerable discussion from all present as to the need and
proper procedures for accomplishing the above mentioned project.Chairman
Grove adjourned the meeting by stating that the Town of Estes Park urges
the five property owners to proceed with the present plan to install a
sanitary sewer and that the Town will exercise all authority it has under
the laws of the Town and the State to eliminate the serious health conditions
resulting from their sewage problems.
