Building Code Committee
June 19,1967

Absent:Trustee Petrocine
Building Inspector Ted Hackett reported there were 12 signs in Estes Park
that do not conform to the sign ordinance.After considerable discussion,
the Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that all of the property
owners in violation of the sign code be advised by letter that they must
conform with the Municipal ordinance by August 1,1967.Town Attorney
Hartwell will be asked for his opinion on this subject.
Building Inspector Hackett reported on the status of the building being
used as a realty office on Lone Pine Acres Subdivision.The Committee re
commends to the Board of Trustees that this building be made to comply with
the Municipal Code or be removed from the premises.It is suggested the
owners of the subdivision be so advised.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
