APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE CITY OF
LOVELAND AND THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS FOR USE OF THE NORTHERN
COLORADO LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER
WHEREAS,the Town Board wishes to enter the agreement referenced in the title
of this resolution for the purpose of using the Northern Colorado Law Enforcement
Training Center.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
Section 1:The Board approves,and authorizes the Mayor to sign,the agreement
referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before the Board.
Section 2:The Board authorizes the Police Chief or designee to approve
extensions as described in section 5 of the agreement,approved as to form by the Town
Attorney or an attorney designated by the Town Attorney.
