AMENDMENT #1 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION 5339(B)GRANT
FUNDING FOR DESIGN OF TWO LARGE VEHICLE BAYS TO STORE TWO
ELECTRIC BATTERY TROLLEY BUSES
WHEREAS,the Town Board approved an agreement referenced in the title of this
resolution for grant funding to develop architectural plans and design for two large vehicle
bays to store two electric battery trolley buses at their regular meeting on August 24,
2021;and
WHEREAS,both the Town and CDOT wish to transfer funds in the amount of
$8,500.80 from the construction subaward agreement (P0 not assigned)to the design
subaward agreement (P0 #491002610);and
WHEREAS,Amendment #1 is desired by both parties.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
The Board approves,and authorizes the Mayor to sign,the amendment referenced
in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before the Board.
