APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH PLATTE RIVER
POWER AUTHORITY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
WHEREAS,the Town Board desires to enter into the intergovernmental
agreement referenced in the title of this resolution for the purpose of receiving technical
support services.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
The Board approves,and authorizes the Mayor to sign,the intergovernmental
agreement referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now before
the Board.
