APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE LARIMER
COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE FOR SECURITY AT THE RANCH EVENTS COMPLEX
WHEREAS,the Town Board wishes to enter a memorandum of understanding
agreement referenced in the title of this resolution for the purpose of working with the
Larimer County Sheriff’s Office to provide security at the Ranch events complex in
Loveland,Colorado.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK,COLORADO:
The Board approves,and authorizes the Mayor to sign,the memorandum of
understanding referenced in the title of this resolution in substantially the form now
before the Board.
