The Committee feels that due to the uncertainty of future development that the Town could not justify any portion of this expense. The Committee unanimously agreed that cost of this extension should be subject to the existing extension policy, which provides that the developer pay 100 percent of the cost. 2.Committee gave approval for one light and power employee to attend a meter school in Denver.Registration cost $10.00,together with other expenses in the amount of $11.00 per day for three days. 3.A recent survey of rates for residential and commercial users was given considerable time for discussion. No action was taken at this time although the Committee plans to meet with Public Utility Commis sion rate engineers at a later date for a general discussion of the rates. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. Bailey 4-19-65
