LIGHT AND POWER COMMITTEE

COMMITTEE:Brodie -Tregent -Petrocine -Sweetland -Bailey -Duncan

OLD BUSINESS:None
NEW BUSINESS:
1.The Coimnittee gave approval for purchase of a new top for truck No.18
at a cost of approximately $175.00.
2.The Counnittee gave unanimous approval for Sweetland and Dekker to attend
a seminar on underground wiring and distribution systems to be held
Tuesday,September 20 in Longmont.
3.The Committee gave approval for Sweetland to attend a meeting in Denver
to reactivate the Bureau of Reclamation line running from Ft.Morgan
through this area.
4.The Conunittee gave unanimous approval to hire a qualified man for main
tenance on the substation at a cost of approximately $850.00.This was
first approved in July,1966.
5.Sweetland explained to the Conunittee that Herb Coulson from Denver made
a thorough check on the demand meter at the YMCA,which was found to be
incorrect.The Committee decided that a letter should be written to
Mr.Walter Reusch,explaining the error and enclosing a corrected state
ment.
6.The Committee gave approval for repair to the roof at the power plant
at an estimated cost of $278.05 for material with the labor to be done
by the Light &Power employees.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned.
