NEW BUSINESS:
1.Sweetland outlined to the Committee the present condition of the large
line truck and asked for permission to secure facts and figures on re
placement.Committee gave approval and suggested that this information
be presented at a later date.Approximate cost -$16,000.00.
2.Committee was asked for permission to begin a replacement program on
truck radios.The request was based on replacement of two radios each
year at an approximate cost of $1,000.00 per year until all present
equipment has been replaced.The first radio equipment to be in
stalled is now 11 or 12 years old.Committee gave approval.
3.Committee gave approval to investigate and report back to the Committee
approximate cost of adding one twenty foot section to the present ware
house.According to Sweetland,this is necessary in order to facilitate
an increase in inventory requirements.
4.Committee gave approval to place an order to purchase 25 -5KVA and 10
10 KVA transformers,to be delivered over a six month period at an ap
proximate cost of $6,000.00.
5.Committee gave approval to place an order of one ton each of #4 and #6
copper wire,at an approximate cost of $2,000.00.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
