COMMITTEE:Tregent -Petrocine -Erickson -Sweetland -Bailey

OLD BUSINESS:
1.The purchase of a line truck was discussed by the Committee.
Delivery date is estimated at three to five months.The
cost of the chassis is estimated at $5,200.00 and the cost
of the body is estimated at $14,200.00.The Committee auth
orized an expenditure of $19,400.00 for the truck,body and
derrick.
NEW BUSINESS:
1.New street lighting material is now on hand and additional
units will be installed at designated locations as time allows.
2.Leon Sweetland,Jr.requested Committee approval to send Bob
Dekker to Colorado State University for a three day conference
conducted by Wood Pole Institute.This conference is to be
held June 17,18 and 19,1968 at an approximate cost of $40.00.
The Committee authorized the expenditure.
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned.
