HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Light and Power Committee 1968-06-17oQ ‘CD LIGHT AND POWER COMMITTEE Committee Report June 17,1968 COMMITTEE:Tregent -Petrocine -Erickson -Sweetland -Bailey Attending:Tregent -Petrocine -Sweetland -Bailey Absent:Erickson OLD BUSINESS: 1.Sweetland reported to the Committee that about twenty new street lights will be installed this summer according to schedule and according to designated location. 2.Petrocine recommended to Harry Tregent,Chairman of the Light and Power Committee,that a rate study be conducted by a competent engineering firm.Committee voiced the preference of contacting C.H.Hoper &Associates because of previous experience in Estes Park. NEW BUSINESS: 1.The Committee went on record as recommending that the present Light and Power collection policy be enforced without exception. 2.Committee Chairman Harry Tregent was requested to arrange for transfer of Light and Power Bond Sinking checking account money into some form of investment for a period of one hundred eighty days.
