Light and Power Committee Meeting
April 17,1969
Committee:Chairman Tregent,Trustees Erickson and Petrocine
Attending:Chairman Tregent,Trustees Erickson and Petrocine
Also Attending:Trustees Swanson,Steele and Dannels,Town Adminis
trator Hill,Superintendent Sweetland,Office Mana
ger Duncan and Foreman Dekker.
The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees Superintendent Sweet-
land be authorized to call for bids to obtain a truck to replace L &P
#21,1961 Ford,1 ton (compressor).
Mr.C.H.Hoper of C.H.Hoper and Associates presented a preliminary
report of the light and power rate study.
The above mentioned report was presented in detail and covered a period
of about two hours.
After considerable discussion,Trustee Petrocine moved Mr.Hoper and
his staff be complimented on the rate study report and that this
Committee recommend to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park
that the proposed rates and rules and regulations be adopted.Trustee
E.S.Erickson seconded the motion.Upon roll call the motion unanimously
carried.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
