Street Light Committee Meeting
October 16,1970

It was reported that there were in service on the streets of Estes
Park the following:
194 -400 watt mercury lamps
90 -250 watt mercury lamps
In the parking lots,the following:
27 -250 watt mercury lamps
1 -400 watt mercury lamps
9 -400 watt quartz lamps
7 -1000 watt flood lamps
In October of 1969 a plan was adopted for the placement of some seventy-
one (71)street lights.To date,there have been 35 -250 watt lamps
and 1 -400 watt lamp placed.
The Committee recommended that the Light and Power Department continue
with the program with the addition of the new requests.The new list is
as follows:
1.Bypass and MacGregor 1 -400W
Add one street light on northwest corner
to light the intersection.
2.Lake View Tract and Grand Estates Sub.4 -250W
3.Stanley Heights Sub.4 -250W
4.DevonHil1s Sub.3 -250W
5.Twin View Addition 2 -250W
6.Acacia Acres 2 -250W
7.Peak View Addition 4 -250W
8.Dekker Circle 2 -250W
9.Village Acres 4 -250W
10.Elkhorn Club Estates 7 -250W
11.Community Drive(grade school)2 -250W
12.Community Drive 5 -250W
13.West Riverside Drive(theatre building)1 -250W
14.Hyde Park 1 -250W
