A pass on rate increase of 11.82 percent for the last five months of 1976 would recover $66,665.Director of Light &Power Dekker esti mated the cost of studying and preparing the rate increase to be approximately $5,700.The Committee recommends applying for this pass on increase. In comparison, the City of Greeley has initiated a 37.44%rate increase as of April 15th in order to recover its 56%purchased power rate increase. The 37.44%rate increase established, however, does not include a 15%rate increase which was originally proposed for March 1976.
