PASS ON RATE INCREASE:
Bill McEwan and Max Kiburz discussed the proposed rate increase which
will cover the increase in wholesale power rates.The new rate pro
poses an overall average increase of 1.2%for all classes of service.
The Committee recommends adoption of the rate increase ordinance which
will become effective the first billing period beginning after January
7,1980 and be reflected in the March 1,1980 light and power billing.
ORDINANCE REGARDING P.U.C.CUSTOMER DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
The Committee recommends adoption of the ordinance enacting new interest
rates on customer deposits as required by the Public Utilities Commission.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
