NEW POWER RATES
Mr.Kiburz,consulting rate engineer and Mr.McEwan,special legal
counsel,explained the results of the electric rate study done in corn—
pliancewith the recent Colorado Public Commission Generic rate case.
The Committee recommends the resolution (attached)placing the new
electric rates into effect be approved by the Board of Trustees.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
