The rate increase will result in an operating ratio of 89.28%.The Committee recommends adoption of the ordinance enacting the proposed pass on rate increase. The Committee also recommends authorizing Bill McEwan and Stu Jordon to conduct a study analyzing the Light and Power rate structure and operational expenses. CABLEVISION: Estes Park Cable TV Co.requested an extension of Section 30B “Required Services”of the cablevision agreement until February 1,1982.The Committee recommends approval. “SHORT”CHECK CHARGE: The Committee discussed enacting a charge for “short”checks received for utility payments.The Committee recommends amending the tariff sheets and Municipal Code to enact a $10 per “short”check fee.
