CABLE TELEVISION AGREEMENT:
The Committee received the partnership agreement for Estes Park Cable
TV Company which has been reviewed and approved by the Town Attorney.
The Committee requested that construction standards be submitted as
required in the agreement.
The Committee recommends adoption of the ordinance amending Chapter
5.24 of the Municipal Code and also adoption of the Resolution granting
a permit to Estes Park Cable TV.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
