CABLEVISION AGREEMENT:
The Light &Power Committee,Mr.Wayne Unze and Mr.Carl Occhionero,
reviewed in great detail the proposed cablevision agreement with
Mickelson Media,Inc.Several changes were recommended by the Com
mittee which will be forwarded to the Town Attorney for his review
and reflected in draft copy #4 of the agreement.Mr.Unze agreed to
submit to the Town proposed rates,extension policy and a revision
of Section 42.The Committee will review the revised draft of the
agreement at a later date.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
