As directed by the Committee,we have met with a representa
tive from Estes Park Cable TV Company and discussed the possible
deficiencies in the TV permit.
We feel the following may be deficiencies in the permit:
7 D -Pole audit is scheduled with Mountain Bell,Cable
TV and the Town on September 1st.
8 A —Annual proof of performance due.Cable TV advised
to ask for extension of time if they did not wish
to comply.
8 D -Stand-by power -Cable TV reports equipment ordered.
We have asked for a copy of the purchase order.
8 E —Emergency audio override —not done.
9 A —Quality of picture —Cable TV admitted this has not
been complied with.They need additional antenna
equipment.
9 B -Same as 9 A.
9 C —48-hour response —complaints indicate this is not
being done.
11 A —Efficient service —appears to be deficient.
11 D —48—hour customer response —appears to be deficient.
19 E —Tree trimming —Cable TV has not followed permit
regulations in checking with the Town Engineer
prior to trimming.
21 -Audited report —Cable TV was advised to submit
audited report by March 1,1983 (90 days following
the close of the fiscal year).
26 —Maps -have not complied —Cable TV indicates they
will in the future.
