1984 BUDGET REVISION:
Finance Officer Duncan presented a request for funding and NCR 1—9300 computer using
an NCR quote dated September 20,1983 as a basis.Total cost of the hardware and
software amounts to $78,700.00 The committee directed this request be added to
the 1984 Light and Power preliminary budget.
REPORTS:
Teague Equipment Company delivered the new Versalift aerial bucket truck today.The
aerial device has a 41’working height and is mounted on a Ford F—700 4 X 4 truck.
An intergovernmental cable TV agreement has been adopted by the Town of Estes Park
and executed by Larimer County on 10/03/83.
Concerning the hydro plant discussion,FEMA wants the Town to make one more attempt
to obtain Park Service approval to allow the Town to build Cascade Dam back exactly
as it was.
The 1984 preliminary budget has been filed for Platte River Power Authority.
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned.
