RESOLUTION77-21APPROVINGAPROFESSIONALSERVICESCONTRACTWITHOTAKINC.,FORFINALDESIGNANDCONSTRUCTIONDOCUMENTSFORFALLRIVERTRAILSEGMENTSTOBECONSTRUCTEDIN2022WHEREAS,theTowncontinuestobuildsegmentsoftheFallRiverTrailwithgrantawardsthroughtheTransportationAlternativesProgram(TAP)andMultimodalOptionsFund(MMOF);andWHEREAS,theTownBoardwishestoentertheagreementreferencedinthetitleofthisresolutionforthepurposeofobtainingfinaldesignandconstructiondocumentsforahalf-milesegmentbeginningatthecurrenttrailterminusnearSleepyHollowCourtandcontinuingtothewestalongthesouthsideofFallRiverRoad(U534).NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVEDBYTHEBOARDOFTRUSTEESOFTHETOWNOFESTESPARK,COLORADO:TheBoardapproves,andauthorizestheMayortosign,thecontractreferencedinthetitleofthisresolutioninsubstantiallytheformnowbeforetheBoard.DATEDthis9dayofATTEST:b€c1,2021.APPROVEDASTOFORM:%—TOWNOFESTESPARKTownAttorney
