Kinutes of the Estes Park Regional Planning Commission held in the Town Hall on
the 7th day of April, i960 at 4:00 p.m.
Present:Joe Connelly, Chairman; N, L, Bartlett, Val Bernard,
J, 0. Mall, Charles Hix, Charles Herzog , C. M. Hunter
Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary
Absent: Ronald Brodie, Louis Canaiy
Minutes of the regular meeting held on the l6th day of Febimary, i960 read and
approved as read.
In accordance with previous action of the Commission, the Secretary presented
final Plat for Annexation entitled "Lone Pine Acres Addition to the Tovm of Estes Park"
following the inspection and review by the Commission, Charles Hix moved that the Plat
be given final approval. Charles Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call said
motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary presented a Plat proposed for annexation entitled"" Acacia Acres Ad
dition to the Town of Estes Park". Following review and explanation, C. M, Hunter
moved that the Plat be given preliminary approval. N, L. Bartlett seconded the
motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary presented a Plat entitled "Corrected Plat of the first addition to
'Charles Heights". The Secretary reported that the Plat was being refiled in order
to correct the signature of the property owner, Charles Hix moved that the Plat be
approved. Charles Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously
carried.
Chairman Connelly announced that in accordance with the By-Laws of the Commission, the
election of officers for the coming year was in order. The following officers were
duly nominated and unanimously elected by roll call:

Verne H. Fanton
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the
meeting adjourn.
