Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning Coimnission.
Meeting held in the Town Hall on the l6th day of February I960 at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Val Bernard, Charles Herzog, Charles Hix, C, M. Hunter

Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Secretary
Absent:Joe Connelly, R. C. Brodie, Louis Canaiy
lir. E. R. Smith, Mr. Ted Shanks, Mr. Robert Burgess, together vdth Mrs. Claire
Noyes, Agent, appeared before the Commission and presented a proposed preliminary
plat for a sub-division to be developed and annexed to the Town. The Tract con
sists of approximately 70 acres located adjacent to Highway U. S. 34^ formerly
known as the Magoffin Tract. The general layout and plan of the sub-division
is very similar to the plan proposed and approved by the Commission during
1958. The size of lots, street widths, proposed zoning and general layout with
% of the land area proposed to be dedicated to the Town for recreation purposes.
C. F. Hix moved that the proposal be given preliminary approval as presented.
J. 0. Mall seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
There being no further business it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn. '
