Minutes of the regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning Commission.
Meeting held on the l?th day of May, I960 at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Hall,
Present: N. L. Bartlett, Vice Chairman; Louis Canaiyj Joe Connelly;

Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 7, I960 read and approved as read,
Mr, Ben Pickering appeared before the Commission and presented a request to
install a Trampolene Court on Stanley Hotel property along U, S. ^gh^fay 34
and immediately east of the Grolf Course and Archery Range, Mr, Pickering
stated that the applicants were Dr, George Marshall and himself. Following
and the Commissions interpretation of the applicable zoning, Andy Jones
moved that the request be approved, Charles F, Hix seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimousHy carried.
The Secretary read an application submitted by Mr, D, E, Kellogg of Sterling
Colorado for the installation of a Children’s Self Powered Midget Automobile
Tract to be located immediately east of the above described Trampolene Court,
The Commission being of the opinion that the Zoning Ordinance was not clear
regarding the intended use and also that the property owners of the area
should be advised of the application, Charles F, Hix moved that the Secretary
give Public Notice that the Commission would consider the request at the next
regular meeting, J» 0, Mall seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
unanimously carried.
There being no further business it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
