Minutes of n regular meeting of the Estes Park RSG-IONAL Planning /O 7
Commission. Meeting held in the Town Hall on the 25th day of June at
7:30 P.M.
Present: G-.H. Gillan, Chairman, Ronald Brodie, Donald Griffith, Charles
Herzog, Charles Hix, C.M. Hunter, C.A. Law, Glenn Prosser.
Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary
A hsent: Dr. J.O. Mall.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 18, read and approved.
The Secretary presented the building permit application of
Bennett to build a 20 unit motel on the Fall River
the last meeting by John Ramey, Agent. T5e.Secrcta^y ProsserFall River advisory committee had approved the application, Glenn Prosser
moved that this Commission approve the fPP11?®-151011*seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
An application to erect a 5« X 12* neon sign, on the roof °olonial
Motor Loda:e on Fall River Road, was submitted by Mr. Don Robinson.The applicabon S referred to'the advlBory oommlttee for reoommendation.
The Secretary reported that no report had teenrecclredfromthc highway
# 262 advisory committee regarding the application of ti
to construct a cottage camp, therefore no action was taken at this me t g.
Mr. Trafton Bean presented and revlevred a Model Zoning Resolution,
stated that copies xrould be available for the advisory committees, ur g
the coming yeek.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting
adjourned.
