RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Minutes of the regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission
held in the Toim Hall on the 21st day of June, I960 at 4:00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1959 read and
approved.
Mr. H, F. Miller, Attorney at Law, appeared before the Commission and filed a
petition asking that certain lands in the Little Prospect Mountain Addition,
v'Jhite Meadow View Place Addition, Quasebarth Re-Sub-division, and the Reclama
tion Sub-division be re-zoned from existing C-2 Restricted Commercial to C-1
Commercial District, The petition is si^ed by Andy Jones, C. M. Hunter,
Eldon Neibling, Merl Morehead, Charles Blevins, Robert and A. J. Sible, George
Noyes. In accordance with the rules of the Commission, Louis Canaiy moved
that public notice be published and a public hearing conducted regarding the
request at the regular meeting to be held in October. Charles Hix seconded
the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Board discussed the problem created in the past by the operation and over
night storage of large trucks in the R-1 and R-2 Districts. C. M. Hunter moved
that the Secretary have a proposed amendment to control the above at the next
regular meeting, Andy Jones seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion
unanimously carried.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
