Minutes of a reg\ilar meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission.
Meeting held in the Tov/n Hall on the l?th day of March, 1959 at 4;00 P.M.
Present;C. M. Himter, Chairman, N. L. Bartlett, Ronald Brodie,
Charles Herzog, C. A. Law
Also Present; Verne H. Fanton, Secretary
Absent; G. H. Gillan, C. F. Hix
Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 17, 1959 read and approved as read.
In accordance with the action of the Town at the last regular meeting, the Secretary
presented a written recommendation regarding the application to re-zone Lots 21 and
22 of Lake View Tracts as submitted by Trafton Bean, Following a detailed analysis
and the recommendation being in favor of re-zoning, Charles Herzog moved that the
Commission recommend to the Town Board that the above lots be re-zoned from Residence
District to C-2 Restricted Commercial District. C. A. Law seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Legal publication having been complied with, the Commission proceeded to consider
the zoning of the Fort Morgan Subdivision. There being no persons present and no
correspondence received, Charles Herzog moved that the Commission recommend to the
Town Board that the Fort Morgan Subdivision be zoned as a R-1 Residence District.
N. L, Bartlett seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
The Secretary reported that the Recreation District had dropped their plans to
install a Trailer Court at Lake Estes and therefore no change in zoning would be
necessary at this time,

There bing no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjourn.
