Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission.
Meeting held in the Town Hall on the l?th day of February, 1959 at 4s00 P.M.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 20, 1959 read and approved as read.
In accordance with the public notice published, the Commission proceeded to conduct
a public hearing on the application of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Lehman requesting ^ts
21 and 22 of Lake Viev: Tracts Subdivision be re-zoned from Residence District to
Restricted Commercial District. The following persons apeared and sPok®
the proposed re-zoning: Mr. Eugene Green, Mr. Green statedthat he was representing
Dr. Carter, Mrs. Claire Noyes, representing Mr. Richard
Mrs. Lee Hagemeister, Mr. John Ramey representing Mr. J. R. Groover. The Sec re y
also read litters from Ted Matthews and Thomas G. Moore protesting the Proposal an
Mr. and Mrs. Lehman spole in favor of the proposal. Following a L
Commission, Charles Herzog moved that all available information on the above pro^sal
be^^iJdk to Trafton Bian, Planning Consultant for his recommendation. Charles F.

There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
that the meeting adjoiim.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 20, 1959 read and approved as read.
Mr. B. R. Maize and Mr. Robert Miller appeared and proposed an amendment to the
University Heights annexation plat. Charles Herzog moved that the amendment be
approved providing for a 60 foot width for the platted street at the south tom ary
of the subdivision. C. A. Law seconded the motion. Upon roll call said moti n
manimously carried.
Mr. Joe Connelly representing the Larimer County Plaxming Cohesion *hat
the Comty's Planning Commission policy required maximum width roads ^or
to all new subdivisions. Mr. Connelly also reported that t^e
submitted by Fulton Construction Company had been denied md that the applica
is now subject to appeal to the County Board of Adjustment.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried
