Also Present; Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H» Fanton, Secretary Absent: None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 15th, read and approved. In accordance with the reqest made at the last meeting, the Commission considered the application for the installation of a gasoline on Lot i^'2, of Little Prospect Addition, made by Mr. Luckett of the Phillips Petroleiun Company. The Commission declared this to be clearly prohibited by the Zoning Ordinance, therefore Ronald Brodie moved that the application be denied. E.R. Smith seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. The Commission reviewed in detail, a compiled list of street names for the Town showing location of each, together with a map showing locations, as prepared andSsutmlttea ty the Committee. After review and dlsouselon, Charles Hlj: moved that the names, as submitted and oorreoted, be presented to the Town Board, with the recommendation that they be adopted. E.R. Smith seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Those not voting, Charles Herzog* RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS March 26, 1957, Page 2 Chairman G-lllan reported that Mr. John Ramey had requested information regarding a building permit at the site North of the Town dump. The Planning Consultant stated that proper proceedure would be to file an application either for a specific use for one building, or an application for several uses in the designated area. ,A letter was read from the Metropolitan Recreation District, asking the Commission1s cooperation in obtaining a bridle path parallel to the proposed Estes Park by-pass highway. Chairman G-illan appointed a committee consisting of Prosser, Hix and ^ Griffith, to select and submit names for advisory committees from District No. 3, to further the plan of adopting zoning Districts.
