Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Local Planning Commission.
Meeting held in the Town Hall on the 15th day of January, 1957, 7:30 P.M.
Present; Charles F. Hix, Chairman, G-.H. G-illan, C.A. Lavr, Glenn Prosser,
jii.R. Smith.
Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Secretary.
Absent: Ronald Brodie, Charles Herzog.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 11, 1956, read and approved.
G.H. Gillan reported that the Committee had met and spent considerable time
in amending the names of Town streets and presented and reviewed a re-
commended listing of all Town street names. It appeared that in order to
summarize the new name listing, it would be necessary to apply the names
to a Tovm mapj which the Secretary agreed to do.
Trafton Bean exlbited a sample "progress book" which he was d
showing the work accomplished by the Commission during uhe p d coovreported that all interested persons would oe supplied vrxth a completea copy.
Mr. Ed Murdock aopeared before the Commission and stated that a petition
had been filed with the County Commissioners objecting gt°Ld
an industrial subdivision North of the Tovm dump a?ainthat the subdivision would probably be presented to this Commission again
at the next meeting.

Mr. A. Walter Lawson, Larimer County Commissioner, met v;ith the Comission,
