Present: Glenn Prosser, Vice Chairman, Ronald Brodie, Charles Herzog, C.M. Hunterj Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne H. Fanton, Seo»y. Absent: G.H. Glllan, Chairman, Chas. F* Hlx, C.A. Lavr. Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 22, read and approved. The Secretary presented an application from Mr. V’esley Peterson to build two residences on Lot 10, Block 7>Re°la®atlon Subdivision. The lot contains 14,688 sq. feet. 18,000 sq. i^^at np-v-t meetine:.two residences. The matter was set over for action at the next meeting Tn accordance with previous action of the Commission, the Secretary readCa°p^poaed Ordinance relating to the ^'^"aonment of waete materlale scrap and junk. In accordance with policy, action was withheld unt the next Saeeting. Secretary N9 RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Minutes of a regular meeting of the Estes Park Regional Planning Commission. Meeting held in the Tovm Hall on the 19th day of November, 1957 at 7:30 P.M. Present: Glenn Prosser, Vice-Chairman, Val Benard, Ronald Brodle, Charles Herzog, C.M. Hunter, J.O. Mall. Also Present: Trafton Bean, Planning Consultant, Verne K. Fanton, Secretary Absent: G.H. Glllan, Chairman, Donald Griffith, Chas. F. Hlx, C.A. Law. Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 22, read and approved. The Commission proceeded to consider the "Utility Plana" report, as submitted by Trafton Bean and reviewed at the last meeting. Follov;ing discussion, C.M. Hunter moved that the report be accepted and included in the master Guide for Sratfa Growth. Ronald Brodie Seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Trafton Bean presented copies of the "Suggested Model Zoning Resolution" for Larimer County, and stated the.t it would be presented to the Larimer County Planning Commission tomorrovf night for consideration. The Com­ mission reviewed the entire text and made certain recommendations for changes. Mr. L.F. Flower, representing the Fish Creek Planning District, appeared before the Commission, displayed a final zoning map of the Fish Creek District, based on the above Model Zoning Resolution for Larimer County. Mr. Flower stated that the proposed zoning for Fish Creek District had been completed, that the proposal would be presented to Larimer County for adoption, and ask that this Commission support the proposal. Following a detail discussion, C.M. Hunter moved that in accordance with the knowledge available at this time, that the Commission concur in principal, with the Suggested Model Zoning Resolution together with the Fish Creek Zoning map, as presented, i/ith possible future receommenda- tions. Dr. Mall seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
